TESOL Teacher Trainer

Instruct teacher-training program for  ESL/EFL certification course. 100 hours of online learning + 20 hours of on-site instruction. Program development, travel to train in several inter & national metropolitan areas to recruit new teachers to teach abroad. Effectively observe and evaluate new teachers. Teacher observations are followed with useful feedback for improving teacher performance. Train teachers on methods & techniques for differentiated learning in modules: methods to language acquisition, engaging and effective methodology, linguistics, grammar, pronunciation, lesson planning, curriculum development, & accelerated progress in ESL/EFL. 100% graduation rate with employment contracts.

Collaborate with faculty on course design, development, & delivery of online courses in Sakai LMS. Align course objectives, assignments, and rubrics to learning outcomes, using accessibility guidelines. Provide research-based instructional design support training in the LMS, & tech tools to faculty. Offer high-impact workshops, like Inclusive Syllabus design and DEIB /International Student Engagement. Oversee faculty evaluations for over 300 courses and over 100 faculty members.
